For a long time, my true desires lived beneath the surface - inaccessible to my conscious self. I knew there had to be more to sex than what I was experiencing, but I couldn’t quite grasp what that 'more' was. My sexual experiences often contained an element of disappointment or frustration for more—something. I longed for deeper intimacy, more freedom in my expression, and experiences that transcended the ordinary—but I didn’t know how to claim them.

All of this changed the first time I stepped into a play party.

For the first time, I wasn’t performing or suppressing—I was fully present. I saw sex and intimacy not as something transactional or goal-oriented, but as a journey into my own power. In that space, pleasure became a tool for liberation, intimacy became a gateway to self-discovery, and desire became something to embrace rather than fear.

So I created an event to bring the same opportunity to others.

Soulgasm: A Tantric Breathwork Experience led by Olivia Dydyna – A heart-opening breath and sound journey designed to activate your sensual energy, release emotional blocks, and awaken deeper intimacy within yourself and with others. Rooted in Tantra and energy activation, this experience helps you reclaim your sexual power, expand your energetic capacity for connection, and access altered states of bliss. Whether you’re looking to awaken desire in your relationship or reconnect with your own body, this practice invites you into a state of deep surrender, allowing sexual energy to flow freely as a source of creativity, empowerment, and transformation.

Olivia Dydyna is your guide for integrating sex and spirit. Drawing from her extensive background in sex and relationship coaching, rooted in the transformative VITA method and Theta Healing, Olivia gently guides men and women to embrace their sexual energy from a heart-centered space, allowing them to experience profound soul-to-soul connection.

Integration & Lunch An opportunity to share what came up in your experience, and listen to those of others around you will begin the process of cementing lessons in the body. A group lunch will be provided with all dietary preferences and needs considered.

Panel 1: The Shadow of Desire - Identifying Conscious and Unconscious Needs 

When conscious, desire is a dynamic force that fuels passion, deepens connection, and holds vibrant space for intimacy to develop. Desire’s shadow, however, seeks need-fulfillment; quickly and selfishly objectifying others. Expert panelists will illuminate our  complicated relationship with desire, how it influences our connections, and answer questions about your personal experience.  The panel will end with an exercise designed to identify desires in your physical and emotional bodies.

Panel 2: The Energetics of Sex – Is Unconscious Shame Affecting your Sex Life?

Sex is more than just a physical act—it’s an energetic exchange carrying emotional, psychological, and spiritual implications. With a deeper understanding of our subtle bodies and the energetics of sex, we can become aware of how we approach intimate experiences, where we might be holding resistance, and how to create more aligned, fulfilling connections—both with ourselves and others. Let this discussion serve as an inspiration to adopt a posture of intention and approach sex as a journey rather than a destination. The panel will end with an exercise designed to identify and receive feedback on your energetic approach.

Optional Add-on - After Party

An opportunity to engage and practice what you’ve learned throughout the day in a safe and supportive environment. The after party details and information will be shared during the event along with those who register beforehand.  Registration will be open for event guests up until the end of the day’s sessions.
