It often comes through as vocal sounds, tones, hand movements, written symbols, or gestures, and is believed to carry healing frequencies, codes, and transmissions that activate deep remembrance, emotional release, and cellular transformation.

Rather than being understood intellectually like a spoken language, light language is felt—it can awaken dormant aspects of your being, shift old patterns, or bring a sense of peace, expansion, or activation, even if you don’t consciously understand the "words."
