Are you ready to make a change but confused as to where to start? In this clarity session you will be guided to discover what you truly desire. In this session we will release and activate energy centers in your body. You will receive messages from your Higher Self, Guides and/or Ancestors and I will provide tools and techniques so that you have clear next steps in your sex, love and relationship journey.

This is perfect for you if you've tried therapy or healing but have not found success in changing your situation. You will get a taste of the VITA method (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) to see if this approach is right for you. Each session is 1-2 hours long and will be accompanied by breathwork, energy healing and/or channeled messages from ancestors/guides. Homework will be assigned after each session for successful integration.
